3 Juveniles Charged with Arson at Windsor Park

Three juveniles were recently charged with First Degree Arson after a fire was set at a park in Windsor. According to the report, the fire caused damage to the public restrooms at Main Park in Windsor. The fire was contained before it spread. In Firestone and Windsor, First Degree Arson is a class 3 felony if the arson is of an occupied structure and a class 4 felony if the arson is of a building. The article specified that the juveniles were charged with the class 3 felony 1st Degree Arson charge, the public restroom building would be considered an occupied structure.
