A man faces Theft and Forgery charges for selling real estate he didn't own.

A Colorado man is facing multiple counts of Theft – C.R.S. 18-4-401 and Forgery – C.R.S. 18-5-102 in Weld County. According to reports, he allegedly swindled millions of dollars from investors in Greeley and throughout Weld County.
